my intention for the website was for the background colours to go all the way across the screen, but I realised with screens bigger than mine, it doesn't show up that way, it looks like this:
On the other pages, I fixed this by adding a background image:
though the header does this when you scroll, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.
I just need to figure out how to make the home page work like this.
